I like the wide variety of applications where our products are going into. 

After University, I started working at Mersen as a customer service representative. Later, Today I’m Product Manager for Metals in North America for the Power Transfer Technologies Business Unit. 

I work in the marketing department and I work on all sort of printed materials and electronic materials, on the website and in social media.

You've got to be the most professional as you can at what you're doing. The most important thing is focus and patience.

As an Open Expert, you can develop your technical skills to allow you to work on tough problems, visit customers, and innovation.

The qualities that I feel are important are patience, also just mentoring and coaching, looking for ways to improve the day-to-day situation, focusing on our customers.  

I do think overall the people, the challenges, the customers really have been my focus over these 35 years.
