The first steps taken by employees at a new workplace can have a crucial influence over what they ultimately accomplish. That is why the Group pays close attention to the way in which it welcomes new hires on board.
"I become Mersen" is a mandatory integration program for all new employees.
Our human resources teams have compiled a welcome pack with a welcome booklet and other documents.
A 2-day seminar on the three main regions covered by the Group – America, Asia and Europe– is also organized to welcome new engineers and managers.
Tutors can also be appointed to oversee the successful integration of new recruits during their first months.
