Mersen USA: New Comers Event

Back to face-to-face meetings, Mersen organized two onboarding seminars for the year's Managers and Professionals: in Europe and in North America.

The new entrants discovered the Group and strengthen their internal network in several stages: preparatory e-learning, followed by face-to-face activities and a site visit (Gennevilliers France, and Columbia Tennessee USA)

The 70 participants appreciated the thematic workshops offered in a new format: offering a rich and collaborative integration experience is one of Mersen's commitments to its new employees.

Newcomers from the American continent met in Nashville for two days of sharing and discovering. They had the opportunity to visit the Columbia site (Tennessee), during a tour organized by the local team.
